Bobbin do not turn


       At the time of normal winding, the bobbin unwinding is completed, the middle yarn detecting device detects and sends a signal, and drives the transmission mechanism to move the spinning insert seat to the empty tube conveyor belt and kick the empty yarn tube into the conveyor belt. The stepping motor passes the transmission. The lever causes the ratchet to rotate one tooth, and the bobbin magazine rotates a certain angle to fill the full yarn into the insertion spindle holder, and then the insertion spindle holder moves back to the working position.


Because the ratchet part is blocked by velvet or filament winding, the ratchet cannot be driven by the pawl, so the failure of the yarn storehouse occurs. As long as the parts of the yarn storage are removed, the lint or loops can be removed to return to normal. When using compressed air for cleaning every week, as long as the cleaning is in place, this failure can be prevented.

Scissors are not sharp


       If the scissors are not sharp enough to cut the yarn, the yarn sucked by the small suction nozzle will be folded into double yarns at the fixed suction nozzle, so that it will be cut when passing through the yarn clearer. This is repeated several times, resulting in abnormal production. And increase energy consumption. Remove the scissors part for maintenance and replace with a new pair of scissors. Tension device malfunctions


       The tension device provides proper tension to the yarn through the tension disc. The tension disc is divided into a pressure disc and a stationary disc. The stationary disk is fixed, and the pressure disk can move and swing axially. When the reel is wound in the pressure plate, its movement is blocked, which causes the tension to be unstable, the winding density to be uneven, and head breakage often occurs.


When repairing, dismantle it according to the operating specifications and remove the debris such as loops.


Large nozzle leaks air


       When the large suction nozzle is at the zero position, use a yarn to place it next to the large suction nozzle. If the yarn is sucked into the large suction nozzle, it means that the large suction nozzle leaks air. Air leakage from the large nozzle will not only cause waste of energy, but also make other parts with insufficient air pressure. Whether the large nozzle sucks air is determined by the large nozzle energy-saving trap on the damper. When the trap is opened, the large nozzle sucks air, otherwise it doesn't suck air. The large nozzle leakage is caused by the flaps being loosely closed by the cotton wool dust. Therefore, when the maintenance is performed, the damper should be removed, the cotton wool dust should be cleaned, and the drive to open the flap. After the air damper is installed, use the yarn again to check whether there is no air leakage, and make sure to repair one.

       If there is a mechanical wave in the bobbin, the yarn clearer will cut after a few revolutions of the grooved drum. At this time, changing the bobbin can resume normal production. When the yarn clearer fails, frequent shearing action occurs in a short time, so that production cannot be continued. The troubleshooting method is to reset the yarn clearer, and the reset times should be more than two times to ensure that the reset is accurate. If the reset is invalid, it can be concluded that the internal components of the yarn clearer are damaged and can be handed over to an electrician.


Sleeve grip arm size collet is not flexible


       The big and small chucks on the bobbin holding arm are high-speed parts, and its rotation speed is close to the speed of the grooved bobbin, so the bearing wear failure often occurs. After the fault occurs, the package is difficult to rotate, the yarns are not evenly arranged, and an alarm will appear. As long as the bearing in the chuck is taken out and replaced with a new one, normal production can be resumed.
